Use of the site
Eligibility
By accessing or using BDG Game at bdggameplay.in.net (the "Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are accessing the Site from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful. If you do not meet these conditions, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.
Permitted use
You may access and use the Site solely for personal, non-commercial enjoyment of the games, content, and features made available by BDG Game. You agree not to copy, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Site without prior written consent; use automated bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools to extract content; attempt unauthorised access to any server, account, or database associated with the Site; upload viruses or malicious code; impersonate BDG Game or its staff; or use the Site for any purpose that violates applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments.
Account responsibilities
If you create an account on the Site, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use. Where the Site integrates payment flows via UPI-based platforms such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM, you are responsible for ensuring that transactions are initiated only by you and that your linked payment instruments are secured by a PIN or biometric lock. BDG Game is not liable for any financial or data loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account or payment credentials.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content available on the Site, including games, graphics, artwork, animations, audio, video, software code, logos, trademarks, and the overall look and feel, is the exclusive property of BDG Game or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international intellectual property conventions. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of any Site content may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Indian law.
Limited licence to users
BDG Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content; create derivative works; sell, rent, or sublicense any Site content; or remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notice. Any use beyond the scope of this licence is prohibited and constitutes infringement of our intellectual property rights.
User-submitted content
If you submit content to the Site, such as usernames, comments, or game-related feedback, you grant BDG Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You warrant that such content does not infringe any third-party rights and is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful under Indian law. To report alleged infringement, contact us at the address below with sufficient detail to identify the material in question; we will investigate and act promptly.
Limitation of liability

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied. BDG Game does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Site is entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
Cap on liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian statutes, BDG Game, its directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or gaming progress, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be wholly excluded, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Site in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Third-party services
The Site may link to or integrate third-party services, including payment gateways and analytics providers. BDG Game is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those third-party services. Your interactions with third-party platforms, including any UPI transactions processed through PhonePe, GPay, or BHIM, are governed solely by the terms and policies of those respective providers.
